I made my first batch of Kale Chips last night. I have two people in my life who have been raving about them, Shelley and Mandie -- So I thought I would give them a whirl. The ones that cooked correctly were wonderful!
Here is the process and the recipe:
1 bunch of Kale
Olive Oil
Salt
Preheat Oven to:
375 - 400 degrees.
Wash kale and either spin dry or pat dry.
Remove leaves from the stems and tear kale in uniform chip sized pieces (for even cooking time).
