The other day I received a box of farm fresh veggies delivered right to my door step. It wasn't a surprised -- I have signed up for a service.
I have been a part of community supported agriculture programs before and have loved it.
I was really happy to learn about Farm Fresh to You. They have the most flexible plan I have found. Here are some of the benefits:
- You can select how often you want produce delivered -- once a week, every other week, every third week or once a month.
- If you are going to be out of town -- you can put the order on hold.
- You have the opportunity to have an exclusion list -- if you don't like beets -- no problem put it on the list and they will substitute something else.
- You can pick veggies only, or fruit and veggies or no cooking needed veggies -- there are a bunch of different combos to fit every need and budget.
Here is a photo from week one delivery:
Beautiful! It was the Veggie Only box.
Did I mention that they deliver right to the doorstep?
This past week I did the small box of fruit and veggie. It was wonderful.
I love looking at this produce and figuring out things to make.
If you decide to try Fresh Farm To You -- tell I sent you. It will earn me a free week of veggies!

I definitely find we eat more fruits and veggies when we get our CSA boxes! Another good one where you don't have to subscribe to the entire season is www.jporganics.com
