What is it about laying in bed that brings about full doses of motivation?
I am relaxed and comfortable -- reflecting on the day. Wishing I had gone to the gym, or passed on the fun sized snicker bar. The following thoughts always pop into my head:
-- Tomorrow, I WILL exercise for an hour at least, super hard, super sweaty!
-- Tomorrow, I WILL only eat salad and fruit and maybe yogurt.
-- Tomorrow, I WILL track it all -- every bite, lick and taste.
--Tomorrow, I WILL not eat when I am not hungry.
Then, it is lights out -- and then it's......
Tomorrow.
Lather, rinse, repeat.
I am never more motivated than when I am ready to go to bed.
